I'm a meditation & movement enthusiast based in Toronto with extensive training in Classical Hatha & Vinyasa yoga. My true passion lays in teaching the "quieter" practices that focus on slow movement, sensation and rejuvenation incorporating elements of Flow, Yin, Restorative, Meditation Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama (yogic breathing). I'm dedicated to studying yoga history and philosophy, and I incorporate that wisdom into my teaching to provide an authentic experience for my students.
I believe that the magic of a consistent yoga practice is the cultivation of inner awareness. As a movement facilitator, I strive to create supportive environments for personal growth.
